I've been very impressed with UAC. They have a very large facility so there isn't a crowding problem and they have a supervised full playset inside which is great for people with children.
Plus they seem to be the most cost effective Crossfit facility in the valley ;)
Great environment with great people! Coaches know what they are doing and make sure you are doing everything right so no injuries occur. Best workouts I have ever done. SO much better then just going to the local gym! Large floor so its never crowded. Great, well maintained equipment. Clean! Come and join the family!
The best part is they are good at substituting movements without making people feel inadequate by making the more complicated movements "bonus" rather than required. The programming is good especially for people looking to get stronger.
