Mike has been my mechanic for 9 years. He is always honest, fair, business like, and treats his customers with respect. I recently moved to Salt Lake and I still take my car to him when I'm in town. I cannot say enough good things about Advantage Automotive.

I've always been impressed with Mike's kind, fair and honest approach. He remembers me and my vehicles. I'm moving out of town and I'm bummed I'll have to find a new mechanic.
I used them a few years ago and they were not reliable. It took them two months for a repair they said would only be two to three weeks. When I called them at the one month mark they said they hadn't even started because they were short staffed. The only reason I let them do the work at that point wss because they promised to have it done in a week, and it still took them another month. I was out about $3,000 for the repair, and because I had to rent a car I was out that much again for a car rental. When I asked them for compensation they offered an oil change. I asked for more because of how they didn't live up to their promises, and they said if they did anything else they wouldn't make any money. They've now lost a customer for life, and I tell my friends not to go there either.
The previous owner of my car had head gaskets and a clutch kit done at advantage automotive and I purchased the car from them knowing that those repairs were done recently and wouldn't be a concern. 6 months later and I had to spend over $2000 dollars on head gaskets and a clutch kit. My mechanic found a lot of poor quality work done including machining the heads way out of spec. Look elsewhere for quality mechanics.
