The sales guy has a very nasty mouth on him and has plenty of race jokes. Looking to take this to a higher power. The truck they sold me was a pile of junk. They say their stuff is on warranty but they will put you off and put you off until your warranty is expired. Take a few minutes and look into Kevin Days past history as a car salesman!! If you are thinking of buying from this company, think again!! Nothing but issues and trash (including the salesman) on the lot!! Your vehicle will pass inspection when it really is very unsafe to drive!! These crooks should be shut down! Ban Kevin Day from this town
I am very impressed with how honest and respectful Express Auto is. I would recommend that even if you need to drive out of your way that you check out this dealership. If you are anything like me, it will be worth your time.
I purchased a 06 Jeep Wrangler with 86k. The Jeep was in pretty good condition overall, I put a new stereo in, but that was by choice. I've had my mechanic look over it and its been well taken care of, and pricewise I still feel like I got a great deal.
I worked with Kevin, and he was flexible with my schedule, actually let me take my time and was not pushy. The thing that I liked the most was that they were willing to work with me on payment, my finances are not perfect. This is the main reason that I went to the dealership, and they proved me exactly what worked for my particular situation. I've even had a couple people offer to purchase the Jeep from me out right. My son is excited to start learning to drive on the Jeep.
Absolute swindle. This is a prime example of a business that only cares about pulling the sheet over your eyes. Since i purchased a car from them in December i have had to do a full tune up, spark plugs, wiring, and coil packs. I've had to replace my a.b.s sensors, wheel bearings, and cv joints. Now, none of my windows are rolling up and down. !!!! The worst part of all, they charge me 400 $$ a month with a huge interest rate, for a pile that i have to repair all the time. Save yourself the headache, and run as fast as you can in any other direction. In summary, if you want to pay ridiculous prices for absolute garbage product, and service, you've found your place. If express auto wants a new review, which i would be glad to give, take back this 03 grand prix, reimburse me for all my parts and labor, then fire your mechanics for using rubber bands!!
Customer service was fantastic! Kevin is a really nice person and great to work with. After the work was done on my car it looked brand new. I was even able to get brand new tires for a reasonable price. I would really recommend Express Auto.
