I had a fantastic experience with the whole Duke Motors team. Having never been to a used car dealership I expected pushy sales people and sketchy cars. My time with Duke motors was completely the opposite. Very pleased with the honest service, great deal on the car, and transparent processes. Looking back on it 6 weeks later I am still pleased with my experience. Happy to recommend.
Gave us fair value for our trade-in. Showed us two cars, the first wasn't what we wanted, and the second was perfect but needed a repair to be done. He did the repair (didn't add anything to the final price) and we walked out the door spending the exact amount of money that we agreed upon. It's too bad that theres a bad stigma with used car dealerships, because if all of them were like DUKES everyone would trust them. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely go back for future purchases!
